Producing Breakthrough Results is a two-part seminar series on what it takes to produce results beyond what is reasonable and predictable, beyond “business as usual.” In these seminars, you will create a project as large as you envision with specific outcomes, measurable results, milestones, strategies, and action plans that will be fulfilled by the end of the series. You will find the means to make happen what once seemed impossible.

Part I: Effectiveness
Each of us deals with what it takes to produce results every day. Producing breakthrough results, however, calls for something different. The Effectiveness seminar is about gaining a new access, not just to moving a project from an intention into reality, but to effectively managing its existence through the various stages that allow for real breakthrough results. At this level - whether your project is something you previously gave up on, something you are maintaining, or something new you are taking on - life is no longer a matter of backing off from what you can see is possible. In this seminar, you empower yourself to take on the challenges of being effective beyond what you had previously imagined possible.

Part II: Velocity
Most of us disempower ourselves by finding a way to slow, impede, or make more complex than necessary the process of translating our intentions into reality. This Velocity seminar is about decreasing the distance and increasing the velocity between creating an intention and realizing that intention. Rather than waiting for the circumstances to be in our favor or for the right time to act, you will accelerate the rate at which you achieve what you set out to accomplish.

Program Logistics
This two-part seminar series occurs in 20 evening sessions usually during a six-month period. Each session is approximately 3 hours. Prerequisite: completion of one other seminar series.
