Software Designer and Database Analyst

Job Description

 

Design, create, and maintain database solutions for managing records and developing “Business Intelligence” solutions. Evaluates database design tradeoffs, impacts, user expectations, performance levels and space allocation requirements, balancing ease of use with performance. Identifies areas where standards are appropriate and proposes standards, guidelines, controls and procedures.  Collaborates with other divisions to identify business processes that can be improved through a technological solution, acts as Project Manager for software development projects designing, developing, testing and implementing new releases of proprietary software.
