Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Performs a wide range of administrative tasks and duties.
Responsibilities
- Administer budgets and tracking accounts.
- Answer phones, manage mail, manage faxes, and scheduling meetings.
- Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies.
- Prepare documents and mailing for offices around the world.
- Focus, prioritize, and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solve problems and achieve specific objectives consistently, reliably, and independently.
- Conduct in depth online research and ability to prepare presentations such as comparative matrixes.
Qualifications
- College degree preferred with two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic skills in Photoshop, Viso and related technologies
- HTML experience is preferred but not required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, well organized, and able to consistently meet deadlines.
