I've tried all the solutions on this page--how can I get help?

If you've tried all the solutions we've suggested on this page and none of them worked, you can contact us at help@landmarkeducation.net. Please give specific details about your problem. For example, what page were you on, what steps did you take, and what was the result? If an error message appeared, what did it say?

How can I access the WebMedia Feature for my program?

If you are a participant in a program that has a WebMedia feature, you need to login with your Landmark Education username and password to access the online materials. If you don’t have a username and password, create an account. If you already have a username and password, have logged in, and still can’t access the WebMedia feature, please contact help@landmarkeducation.net.

What are cookies and how do I enable them?
Like most transactional web sites, LandmarkDating requires that your browser (and any third-party security program such as Norton or MacAfee) is able to accept session cookies. These cookies will not be permanently stored on your computer. Cookies are nothing more than a mechanism for storing information between the pages you visit on our website. If you do not accept the cookies set on login or your computer is not configured to accept cookies, your session will expire almost immediately. To check and enable cookies on your computer, please consult your browser’s Help section.

If you have cookies enabled but you still appear to be logged out, you may need to clear your browser's cache and cookies. Please note that while deleting your cookies may resolve the problem, it will also remove your saved settings for sites you've previously visited.

For my dating profile, how can I change the username?
The username that appears on your profile is also the name that you use to login. To change your username, please send an email to dating@landmarkeducation.net. In your email, please tell us:

In order to change your username, your password will be reset. Once you login with your new username and password, you can change your password. For instructions on how to do this see "How do I change my password?" above.

In dating, a message says I need to become a member. Why is that?
Even if you have created a username and password for the website, you need to separately become a member of LandmarkDating to participate.

To become a member, you need to have a username and password, and you must be a Landmark Forum graduate. If you have created a username and password and are a Landmark graduate, you can become a LandmarkDating member now.
