I grew up as an Asian kid in Iowa to Thai immigrants. Being Asian, you don't necessarily share your feelings with other people. So I was always distant and aloof. But in The Landmark Forum, I got the insight that I had the freedom to be whoever I wanted to be without even compromising my Asian culture or my American side. And after The Landmark Forum, I was just open with people and could let them in to who I really was and that was really freeing for me.
