Communicate in ways that create new futures In Communication: Access to Power, the first course in Landmark's Communication Curriculum, we created a new realm of possibility in communication. The Advanced Communication Course: The Power to Create takes the next step. In this course, we examine our patterns and permanently dismantle the mechanisms that have kept them in place. Free of these mechanical ways of being, possibility becomes our starting place—our playing field. We find ourselves with a new level of effectiveness, prowess, peace of mind - an opportunity and power to communicate in ways that create new futures in our relationships, families, jobs, and community. The Advanced Communication Course provides the structures and tools that allow you to replace old patterns with new practices of listening and speaking - practices that leave you reliable and masterful in generating new possibilities in every aspect of your life. Program Logistics In the Communication Curriculum, you'll come to know communication in a new way. You'll participate in dialogue with a leader, one-on-one role-playing, and exercises that take what you've learned into your life. You will discover your ability to communicate with impact, effectiveness, and grace. Each course takes place during one full weekend and one evening session: Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and a weekday evening session that generally runs 7:30 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. (in certain locations, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:15 p.m.). Prerequisites Completion of The Landmark Forum and Communication: Access to Power. Leaders Our leaders are extensively trained senior program directors of Landmark Education. The training program includes 2-3 years of rigorous, specialized study, preparation, and practice.
